Affiliate Disclosure
Last updated: 24 August 2026
nodevstack is reader-supported. Some of the links on this site are affiliate links: if you subscribe to a tool through one of them, the vendor pays us a commission, at no extra cost to you. This page explains exactly how that works and where it does and does not apply — in line with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's guidance on disclosing material connections.
We label what we earn from — and what we don't
Every tool card and every calculator row carries a plain label: "We earn a commission"or "We earn nothing." Tools like Zapier and Pabbly Connect appear on this site because they're genuinely worth knowing about, not because anyone pays us — and they're marked that way. We think showing where we don't earn is the part that makes the rest trustworthy.
How our links work
Links to tools we earn from pass through a redirect on our own domain (nodevstack.com/go/<tool>). We do this so we can count clicks ourselves and reconcile them against what each affiliate network reports, and so we can update a destination in one place if a program changes. These links carry therel="sponsored" attribute, as Google's guidelines ask for.
Commissions don't change our verdicts or our prices
Every price on this site is read directly off the vendor's own pricing page and stamped with the date it was last checked — not pulled from review blogs or affiliate directories, which are frequently stale or wrong. Our comparisons end in a specific verdict ("which one, and when"), and being paid on a tool never buys it a better one. When the honest answer is a free or self-hosted option we earn nothing from, that's the answer we give.
Which networks
We participate in vendor affiliate and partner programs, some run directly by the vendor and some through networks such as PartnerStack and CJ Affiliate. When you click through an affiliate link, the vendor or its network may set its own cookies to attribute a later subscription to us. That's standard for how these programs work and is covered in our Privacy Policy.
